Philanthropy

At E.L.Contracting, Inc.,  we are  happy to  be a part of different community projects on our own and  through our clients and make use of our resources.

We believe that each of us needs to do the best we can to support and help the community around  us and to show how fortunate we are by donating our time and/or money. 

Among our work with the community we have proudly donated to :

Canstruction Long Island - through this organization food cans and food boxes have been collected and donated to families in need .

This platform gathers teams of  Architects, Engineers, Designers  and others who volunteer their  time to build food sculptures out of canned food which are displayed in the RXR building in Uniondale, Long Island for the public to see and admire. At the end of the exhibition all cans and food boxes are donated to the various food pantries that help feed hungry families.  Canstruction Long Island is a 401(c)3 that is part of a national not for profit.

Magic wheelchair 

We proudly helped one of our clients and his wife to build a custom wheelchair that made a kid's dream comes true and fill all of our hearts with happiness.

Magic wheelchair organization help bring happiness to kids in wheelchairs and their family!  This moment of happiness gives them all a lifetime of good memories, making their  dream and fantasy come to life!
